ORDERING PROCESS
It’s super simple to order online, though if you need any help just write hello@kaltene.com or give us a call on +371 26472501.
5 simple steps to order:
1. choose your favorite poster and add it to your cart
2. go to check-out
*if you plan to use Omniva as a shipping method, at this stage you can choose best Omniva location for you).
*If you don`t plan to use Omniva or don`t know what it is, just skip it.
3. fill in the required fields
4. choose your shipping method
5. choose your payment method (PayPal or pay with your card by clicking on Stripe payments)
When you’ve placed an order we’ll email to let you know we got it!
PAYMENT
We manage our payments through a PayPal and secure 3rd party App Stripe payments. It`s safe and easy way how to pay using credit card.
SHIPPING
All goods are sent from Latvia, Riga and can be shipped worldwide.
The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time.
- 2-6 days (Latvia)
- 7-14 days (Europe)
- 2-4 weeks (Rest of the world)
Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance - this is not included in the approximate delivery time.
Unfortunately, we don`t offer international shipping of framed posters.
SHIPPING IN LATVIA, ESTONIA, LITHUANIA
For shipping in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania we use Omniva services as well as courier and traditional Post services. It is also possible to pick-up your order at our office on Mūkusalas 3, Riga (by contacting us in advance).
If you plan to ship with Omniva, please choose your Omniva parcel machine location.
